Bristish Retail Consortium (BRC)
It is one of the most widespread models internationally for distributors and large stores to qualify their suppliers. Its aim is to ensure that suppliers comply with the requirements on the safety of their food.
International Food Standards (IFS)
It helps retailers to ensure the food safety of their products and controls the quality level of producers in the retail chain of branded food products.
Linking Environment and Farming (LEAF)
It promotes environmentally friendly agriculture. Certifying farmers and ranchers who produce good food, with care and respect for the environment.

European Commission for Organic Agriculture

Founded in 1998, with the aim of promoting and raising awareness of good practice in the production of organic products. Its main mission is the control and certification of agri-food quality, mainly oriented to the sector of organic agriculture and livestock.
Bio Suisse
It is an organization of Swiss producer associations that was founded in 1981 and developed the standards for organic crop management. It certifies producers who wish to export their organic production to Switzerland.
Debio
Debio ensures that farms, traders, importers and others follow the regulations for organic production and meet the requirements for marketing organic products in Norway.
