Our production is concentrated along the southeast of Spain, considered one of the most fertile and prosperous lands in all Europe, which gives rise to an agricultural industry based on quality and environmental balance.
With a very high percentage of drip irrigation, and the investment in I+D+i to guarantee the viability of the new implanted crops and the profitability of the traditional ones, Kernel Export OPFH # 577 develops its activity in farms that reach a total of 2000 ha.

PROCESS CONTROL
Quality, environmental balance and investment in R&D&I are fundamental to us. Therefore, we keep a strict control over each phase in our production process.

We incorporate the remains of any previous crop into the soil as organic matter or use them as feed for livestock. Subsequently, we prepare the land on our farms for cultivation by providing adequate aeration and drainage.

All our seeds come from authorized producers and are carefully selected with our technical team.

Each farm has a localized irrigation system with which the fertilizers are applied and watered. We periodically perform physical-chemical and microbiological water analysis to detect any possible changes that could cause problems to the culture. We establish as a priority a correct dosage of water to optimize the use of this limited natural resource.

Before each crop, we carry out various physical-chemical soil analyses in order to optimise fertiliser inputs. In addition, we apply previously analyzed organic matter to improve its fertility as well as its structure.

We always use registered products or phytosanitary products agreed in the Specific Protocols of the Crops; respecting the safety deadlines to obtain products free of residues.

We harvest when the plant has reached its optimal state and according to the requirements of the client. We also take into account the weather conditions and the time of harvesting. Our products begin their cold chain once they are harvested in the field and this is strictly maintained until they reach the consumer
